Adiuvat Group is an operating house based in Dubai. The firm is small, and stays small, because the work is judgement rather than volume. The people who assess a market are the people who sit through the execution.

Over thirty years of combined operating experience across retail, brand and cross-border growth sits behind that judgement — most of it accumulated inside businesses rather than beside them.

We work with brands and investors moving into or across the Gulf and adjacent markets. We take a small number of engagements at a time, and we say so early when we are not the right firm for a piece of work.

The house is led by an operator, not a career consultant. That experience includes senior regional leadership at a global contemporary luxury brand, running a substantial regional business across the Middle East, India and North Africa; markets built from zero where the infrastructure did not yet exist; brand localisation taken from idea into product; customer experience formats designed to acquire customers; and a retail and hospitality business founded and run first-hand. It is the reason the work does not stop at the recommendation.
